Brooklyn Point is Extell Development's first Brooklyn project, a 720-foot, 68-story tower by Kohn Pedersen Fox at 138 Willoughby Street. It completes the City Point complex in Downtown Brooklyn.

The tower holds about 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a 65-foot indoor saltwater pool, a climbing wall and a triple-height lounge. Its rooftop infinity pool is billed as the highest residential infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere.
