The Reserve is a 12.5-acre mixed-use town center in Victoria, Minnesota, on the edge of Carver Park Reserve. Monarch Development Partners is building townhomes, flats and condominiums above street-level shops and restaurants, set around a central plaza with a lawn, pergola, terraced seating and an event stage. Planned trail links connect the site to the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail.

The film is told through interviews with the developer, the architect, the sales lead and restaurateur Daniel del Prado.
