Waterbury House | Minneapolis, MN

A newly constructed apartment building designed for lifestyle-driven living, Waterbury House blends modern architecture with thoughtful interior design. Produced by Prudden Company in partnership with Elevage Development Group, Bader Development, ESG Architecture & Design, and Shea Design, this project was a full-scale production across photo and video.

Over several days, we captured both the stillness of the building and the energy of everyday life. Models were filmed across rooftop lounges, the pool, gym, dining areas, and out on the lake to highlight local amenities. Drone work and architectural shots documented the building’s form and setting. Everything was captured with natural light, using gimbal and tripod setups to match the tone of each space.

This wasn’t just a property shoot - it was about placing the viewer inside the experience. And it worked out. The building has been leasing successfully since the production, and the assets are still used years later.
